Hill station areas often fall under eco-sensitive zones with strict regulations. Consult qualified legal advisors before investing.
Munnar is one of Kerala's most visited hill stations with strong year-round tourist demand. Eco-resorts, tea estate stays, and trekking businesses have good potential. However, Munnar falls partly under eco-sensitive zones with strict construction regulations. Land prices have risen significantly. Environmental and Forest Department clearances are required. Consult qualified legal and business advisors before investing.
