What is Export on Demand?

Export on Demand is Blueberry's merchant export service that allows individuals, NRIs, overseas buyers, and businesses to export products from India without obtaining an Importer Exporter Code (IEC) or registering a company in India. Under India's Foreign Trade Policy, a licensed merchant exporter can export goods on behalf of a supplier or buyer who does not hold an IEC. Blueberry holds all required licenses and acts as the exporting entity on your behalf.

Our Export on Demand Process

1. Enquiry & Product Assessment — You share product details, supplier information, and destination country. We assess export feasibility, applicable regulations, and HS codes.
2. Quotation & Agreement — We provide a detailed quotation covering our service fee, freight, insurance, and documentation costs.
3. Supplier Payment — We pay the Indian supplier directly under our merchant export arrangement.
4. Documentation — We prepare all export documents: Shipping Bill, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, APEDA/FSSAI certificates (where applicable), and any destination-specific documents.
5. Customs Clearance & Shipment — We handle Indian customs clearance and coordinate with freight forwarders for sea or air shipment.
6. Delivery Tracking — We provide shipment tracking and support until goods reach the destination port.
